Over 25 years in practice I have worked across a wide range of areas of commercial law, focusing on banking and finance (particularly project finance and property finance), infrastructure and utilities (funding, financing and development, transport, water, power and social infrastructure), central and local government, construction, commercial contracts/transactions, overseas investment, insolvency/restructuring and corporate governance/directors’ duties.

Along with my experience across these practice areas, I bring a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.  I can look at issues from all sides' perspectives, am a lateral thinker and have a reputation as being fair and reasonable to deal with.​
